Best way to get payroll info with only one total line per employee

One of our companies has decided to outsource their payroll due to limited resources in-house and have chosen to make the switch prior to year-end.

The payroll provider they have selected needs Q1-Q3 payroll gross to net data for each employee, one total line per employee. This has been taking me hours to do and I was wondering if there is a better solution. I've been running queries against F060116, F06156, F06166, F07186, and F0719, then trying to take the data and roll it up in Excel.
