Blanket Purchase Agreement don't reserve fund.!!

Hi Wizard,

I have enabled budgetary control option with advisory budget group option and create "Budget Definition and Budget Definition", then I posted budget journal now,

I expected that Blanket Purchase Agreement will encumber the total amount but, it's not so,

Is there any missing setup from my side (i.e. how to question - enable BC on BPA)
