PeopleSoft Cobra Administration Advantages

At the time of our PeopleSoft implementation, it was decided to continue to use a 3rd party application that had been used for years. We are re-visiting the possibility of using PS Cobra Administration. Is there any documentation available of what enhancements have been made to this module since 9.2 PUM 10. Also what have you found to be advantages of using PS Cobra Administration vs. a 3rd party application?
