Edit Approved Absences using Self Service
Hello Everyone,
We are upgrading to Fluid and have some questions on editing absences using Self-Service. Is there a possibility to edit an approved absence in Self-Service, without cancelling the absence?
During my testing using fluid, I observed the following. Please correct me if I misstated or missed something.
1) If the Cancelation Method - 'Delete from database' is used, I see that users can cancel absence using Self Service, and then enter a new absence. There is no possibility to edit an absence without cancelling.
2) If the Cancelation Method - 'Change Status on Record' is used, I see that users can cancel absence using Self Service, and then employee can edit it using View Requests. Manager cannot edit the cancelled absence. There is no possibility to edit an absence without cancelling.
