How to extract HFM process control information?

Hi all,

We are using EPM 11.1.2.4 on premise. We are trying to develop a solution that extracts HFM process control information to a reporting tool (OBIEE) or Excel.


The following information is required:

- Scenario description

- Entity description

- Period

- Year

- Submission phase (Phase 1 and Phase2)

- Time stamps of all process control changes for the above combinations, including actions (e.g Promote, Reject etc)

- User name

Just wondering if anyone has been able to do this and might be willing to share some info.

We have raised a ticket with Oracle who have referred us back to our consulting partner as this falls outside of the scope of support. Unfortunately our consulting partner have been unable to come up with a solution that works for us.
