We are planning a migration of Ora 10.2.0.4 DB on HP UX to AIX service on 7.1

We are planning a move off PA RISC HP-UX service of a 10.2.0.4 database, the move will be to an AIX server running AIX 7.1 and are looking for the 10.2.0.4 installation media, so far it is not been found, we can run on AIX 6.1 but 7.1 would be better. These are legacy services which have a time to live of no more than 18 months. For now we would settle for the installation binaries to get us moving. Would welcome any guidance as to where to find them.
