Oracle Siebel extract job runs for longer time after db migration to Oracle 19c

Dear All,


We've recently migrated our Oracle database from v12.2.01 (Filesystem) to v19c(ASM) on RHEL 7 platform. Siebel is the application that connects our database. After the db migration we see issues with Siebel extract job overrunning. The job is now taking more than 8 hours to complete which used to take just 2 hours previously. I'm parallelly checking on this issue with Oracle Support but couldn't figure out the rootcause so far. Thought to check here as well. The execution plan remains same for the query from old database to new database. Could someone please advise what could be the issue.
