After applying Oct 2020 OJVM Patch - Java_LDAP can't connect to domain controller

After we applied the 19.9 patch to OJVM (Oct 2020 CPU patch) we are getting an error trying to connect via JAVA_LDAP to the domain controller. All cacerts have been validated and checked. WHen the patch is rolled back the connection works. Any ideas?
