Has anyone had trouble setting the default PDF app in Oracle 12.1.3?

Per the comments, I re-posted this to Oracle EBS - Core Concurrent Processing.

Our system Viewer: profile is set to "Browser".

Our browser is Internet Explorer 11.572.19041.0.

My Windows 10 setting is set to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2020.013.20064.

PDF files outside of Oracle open up with my installed Adobe version above.

PDF files output from Java Concurrent Program (Payment Transaction Register) continues to open in my former default PDF app PDF X-Change Version 7.0.328.2. Also, Accounts Payable Trial Balance (also Java Concurrent Program). Also, AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report (CSTACRAP - PL/SQL Stored Procedure which creates XML output post-processed into PDF format).
