Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

We are on Siebel IP15.13 running on REL6.6 and siebel Gateway running on cluster servers.

We are on eCommunications and high availability is very important for our users

We are planning to upgrade to IP20.X , will you recommend to have cluster for GW in IP20 ?
