Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. DFAR / ITAR regulations and compliance

We are a Mfg company seeking U.S.defense contracts.

Due to our pursuit of defense contracts we are required to be compliant with DFAR / ITAR regulations.

The biggest hurdle we have is we are looking to implement Mfg operations outside of U.S. and employing non-U.S. citizens.

DFAR /ITAR regulations specify we cannot grant access to non-US citizens to our network, that includes ERP systems like JDE.

Does Oracle/ JDE have any recommendations or additional modules to be DFAR / ITAR compliant?

The only solution we have is to build a separate JDE environment for non-US plants and employees
