Oracle 19c and GoldenGate 19 | Configuring a second, downstream capture question

Hello,
This is my first time venturing into the community for a question, so apologies if this is not the correct section.
In my configuration, I have 2 database servers. Each are running Oracle 19c, and GoldenGate 19.1.0.0.4.
On each server, there exists a single container database, and a single pluggable database within each container.
Source container: cs18vx1
Source pluggable: s18vx
Target container: cdev181
Target pluggable: dev18
On my first (source) capture, I have an extract running, and also data pumps pushing data to the second, downstream database. The downstream database has replicats updating the downstream database. Also on the second database, I have an additional extract, capturing those updates from the replicats.
