Weblogic does not starting after ADF installation

Hello community.

I am trying to install the Orchestration version 7.1, and I am using the "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Server Manager Guide" for this, in the chapter "21 - Install an EnterpriseOne Orchestrator Studio". Following its steps, I already create the AIS instance, and passed to the step to have a Weblogic server with ADF installed. For this, I used another guide (that is indicated in the SVM guide, "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Deploying and Developing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) Applications for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne"). I installed it, but in the step for install ADF runtime libraries and create database schemas,
