Cobol Error After Applying Tax Update 20D

We've applied Tax Update 20D and now when running the PSPPYBLD Cobol program to create paysheets, we are getting the following Cobol error below. The Tax Update added this new PY_JUR_CODE field, but it looks like none of the delivered Cobol program or dms' that came with the Tax Update don't have this field.

Has anyone encountered this? We opened a support ticket, but perhaps there's already a solution.
