ePerformance - Create Documents - Manager Selection Method
Good day,
We are currently using the By Partial Position Management/Supervisor - Manager Selection Method when creating evaluation documents. Employees have position and Contingent workers will use the the supervisor id field. I would like to ask how other organizations are dealing for vacant reports to positions without manually populating the supervisor id field on job data for these employees. All the employees that have a vacant reports to position are erroring out when generating evaluations and manually generating evaluations for these errors are time consuming.
