HFM ICP {System} member cannot be retrieved in 11.1.2.4

Hi

We have moved from HFM version 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4. We are using a SmartView ad-hoc retrieve to retrieve Ownership data. However, it seems that when you select an ICP {System} member that is not in the "normal" hierarchy, and refresh, then it doens't recognise it as a valid member (see screenshot attached). It worked in 11.1.2.1 but not in 11.1.2.4.

Using a function returns 0 and a Workspace Grid returns 0.

Wondering if this is a bug whereby you can't retrieve an ICP {System} member anymore in 11.1.2.4?
