How to add IF condition in excel template

I have multiple tabs(layouts) in an excel template i.e., 2 Summary level sheets and 2 Detail level Sheets Summary1,Summary2,Detail1,Detail2 respectively.

2 Summary level sheets will have layout exactly the same and 2 Detail level sheets will have layout exactly the same. Summary1 and Detail1 will have Summary and Detail level data corresponding to Department1 whereas Summary2 and Detail2 will have Summary and Detail level data corresponding to Department2.

I have 2 queries in my data definition file, one for Summary level data and other for detail level data . These queries give data corresponding to both the departments together.

I need to put an IF condition inside each tab so that data corresponding to Department1 is displayed in Summary1 and Detail1 whereas data corresponding to Department2 is displayed in Summary2 and Detail2
