How to cancel order line during ship confirm if backordered allowed in unchecked in item branch?

Currently even with PO enabled set to check availability at the time of ship confirm and Backordered or cancelled allowed, the order is not getting cancelled.

During ship confirm, if Qty equal to Qty ordered is entered in Qty backordered, will order line get cancelled if Backordered allowed is unchecked in item branch?
