How to skip a step in Grid installation root.sh?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to skip a step in the grid installation root.sh?

The issue is with ora.qosmserver resource and the root.sh attempts to start it and fails with the following error message. Tried disabling the resource and re-ran the root.sh, but it still failed with the message saying its disabled and failed to start the resource. The root cause of the message is not very clear as you can see.

PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.qosmserver

TCC-0002: Internal error.

Network is unreachable (connect failed)
