How to fix iostat hw error - Oracle Solaris 11.3

I have an Oracle SPARC T7-1 server, which is provided disks (LUNs) from an Oracle ZS5-2 storage system.

With the command "iostat -e" from the server's base system and an LDOM Guest show hard errors, soft errors and transport errors, at the time we opened a case with the support team of both Storage ZFS and operating system, and in both tell me that they can only be erased by a systems reboot, indeed if they are erased, but momentarily. That is, after the applications start (in this case Oracle Data base) the counters instantly start again.
