After upgrading to 9.2, how do you share a migrated UDO to new users?

We have recently upgraded from E1 9.0 to E1 9.2. In 9.2 the way UDOs are handled is completely different. We had many CAFE1 screens created in 9.0 which migrated to 9.2 successfully, however, we have new users who would like to have the screens shared with them. How is this done in 9.2?
