sip-advanced-logging : no output present in the sipmsg.log

hi,

we have Acme Packet OS VM SCZ8.3.0 MR-1 Patch 7 (Build 292).

I created a sip-advanced-logging to capture all traffic coming from 1 SA:

sip-advanced-logging

    name                  test

    state                  enabled

    level                  DEBUG

    scope                  session-and-media

    matches-per-window           1

    window-size               1

    condition

        match-type               recv-agent

        match-value               a.b.c.d

But when I try to retrive the logs in the sipmsg.log, i don't find the conditionally logged message.

what is missing or wrong in my configuration? do I have to enable siplog or debug ?
