APEX 20.2 Create Report Query , test report Error ORA 29723

APEX Product Build : 20.2.0.00.20

APEX Patch Version : 2020.10.29

DB : Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

Server OS : Solaris 10

Application Properties -> Print Server Type : Native Printing

  1. shred components -> Report queries
  2. I enter query (even simple ones like SELECT 1 FROM dual
  3. Create report query
  4. Test Report Generates Following error: ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1339 ORA-29261: bad argument ORA-06512: at "APEX_200200.WWV_FLOW_WEB_SERVICES", line 1156 ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130 ORA-29262: bad URL
