Kit process testing

Hi,

I am testing kit process and created BOM with three items, out of which one is a feature(F) item. I have also set the processing option in P4210 to display the kit selection form. But when I am creating the sales order with parent item, system is not populating the kit selection form to select the items. What else setup needed apart from processing option of P4210 to display the Kit form.
