Work order operation

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Dear Srini and Arun,

we have an work order with 3 operation ,out of that 2(Operation 10 and 20) are belongs to one department(MAIN) and operation 30 is belongs to different department(TECHSER)

when (MAIN)department entered the operation(30) for(TECHSER). (TECHSER) should get an notification that there is an operation which needs to be taken care by(TECHSER)

As per understanding there is no way out ,any work around to achieve this or what's is the best practice we can follow
