Need assistance one Property Manager IFRS16

Hi Experts,

Good Morning!

We are planning to implement property manager IFRS16 to one of our client. we need SLA setup document. We have below document but it is not clear Sub Ledger Accounting Configuration for IFRS16 and ASC842 Accounting from Property Manager including Equipment (Doc ID 2396463.1)

I have few questions are below

1) How do you manage old lease data into oracle.

2) How do we get calculation part like services, interest expenses, Depreciation rate.

3) What is PV rent meaning.

4) Need accounting entries list.
