Why is IN_PURGE not clearing PHYSICAL_INV table?

Hello,

We're running the IN_PURGE - Physical Inv History process but the information is not clearing from the table. We've run it as a Single Item, Range of Items and All Items all to success, without removing a single 0 qty line.

We've run INS9090 and CMS9010 to verify there were no discrepancies or locked records, both were clear.

Recently we upgraded to 9.2.34 with PT 8.57. Is there a known issue with this image? If not, what may be preventing these items from clearing.

Please advise.
