Activity Guide Composer Templates

In CS 9.2 Activity Guide Composer (Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Templates), are there any delivered templates? I am getting the message 'Activity guide composer templates not found.'  I would like to determine if this is a permissions issue or if there are no delivered templates. If it is permissions related, what permissions are needed?

Under Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > Categories, a search returns one category (QST0000001).
