Central Inventory issue for R12.2 Application admin server

Hello All,

We have EBS 12.2.6 version 3 (A, B, and C) EBS instances running on same host. Every time while we do clone we have using one of the central inventory location as per entry on /etc/oraInst.loc and create new oraInventory directory for clone A instance. In the new directory after we run the adcfgclone, all 8 EBS homes (both fs1 and fs2) are registered on inventory.xml file. This is A instance has no problem for doing ADOP cycle or any opatch need to apply on $ORACLE_HOME. IF we clone B instance for same central inventory location with
