Addition of New OU in Vertex Regime
Dear All
We already have one OU in US which is integrated with Vertex for AR tax calculation. Now we are adding new OU and the second OU also need to integrate with Vertex.
I did the below setup for this
- Setup Party Tax profile
- Configuration Owner Tax Options
- Application Tax options
When I see the Vertex regime the TAXES setup like State, city etc is own by Global Configuration.
With all this setup the AR in connecting with Vertex but the tax amount is not correct. Do you think any setup is missing
Do i need to setup taxes for New OU?
