Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Debrief hours automatically changes to one hour later

Hi team,

User is entering the debrief hours 6.30 Pm to 7.30 Pm, But system is automatically changing to 7.30 to 8.30.

i have verified the time zone how ever there is no issue with time zone. It is occurring with one user.

Please help me on this asap as it is impacting on debrief billing.
