Upgrading 3900 HA Pair.

After some opinions.

Upgrading an HA pair. Do any of you upgrade 1 side and run on the new version for a while before upgrading the second side ? Or, do you just upgrade the pair in one maint' window?

If you do stage it, how long are you willing to run with different versions for?

Reason for asking. About to go from 8.1 to 8.3

My preference is to do both sides of the HA pair in the same maint' window. But I do have the luxury of calls being delivered to two datacentres, each with an HA pair. My workmate wants to run the HA with different versions so if any problem we fail the HA over.
