QA: Use an update in Plan A to change a value existing in Plan B

Hi

I've 2 plans.

1st plan is say Equipment listing with Status to use - eg OK / NG

This value can be updated at any time.

I've another collection plan that also lists the Equipment items from the first plan using a custom element.

This plan is a matrix of Equipment, Process Area and Status of equipment; the status defaults on Equipment selection using Assign a Status to a Collection element.

I've been trying to find a way to Update the 2nd plan when the status on the 1st plan changes.

Note the equipment could be listed a few times.

I've tried using SQL - but am struggling there.
