Using Solaris on Sparc/x86 for Production purpose, with no support contract.

Hi,

I understand and read that Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 are free to download and user and terms say "license allows Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 to be downloaded free of charge from the Oracle Technology Network and used without a support contract indefinitely; however, the license only expressly permits the user to use Solaris as a development platform and expressly forbids commercial and "production" use". But I can't find any note, what would be the terms for using OS for production.

What, if I want to install Solaris 10 or 11 on old Sparc machines whose support is already expired, for production purposes?

What, if I want to install Solaris 10 or 11 x86 on HP/Dell servers for production purposes?
