BI Publisher Standalone 12.2.1.4.0 on 19c

Has anyone tried installing the BIP 12.2.1.4 on 19C ( Windows Platform) ? Was it a succesfull install ?

we have 12.2.1.0 BIP publisher installed on 12.2 RAC database, we are planning to upgrade the database from 12.2 to 19C where 12.2.1 is not certified with 19C, so we have to upgrade the BIP publisher too..


We had issues installing the 12,2.1.4 on 12.2 RAC database (CONFIG ACTION BI CONFIGURATION FAILED WITH EXIT VALUE 255), Just checking to see if we are having the same issue on 19C too
