Oracle Database migrated from 11.2 to 19.3 performance is slow

Hi there,


I have migrated Oracle 11.2 database to 19.3 version ( Oracle Linux 7.8) by Data pump. I am suffering from performance issues. My application ( Oracle form/report 11g) is performing slow.

could you please give me recommendations to enhance the performance.
