Can Siebel Component pick and parse SWIFT MT Message format from IBM-MQ

We have a requirement where Siebel component need to pole IBM-MQ for picking SWIFT MT message from the queue and perform the parsing and process the message. Please confirm if this is technically feasible to process MT Type message from the IBM-MQ Queue.
