How to turn off messages "XDB initialized."

Hello to everyone.

We have many messages in alert.log "XDB initialized."

According to note Doc ID 1301253.1 it is informational and can be ignored. But we receive huge amount of such messages. Our alert.log becomes non-informational...

Is there any way to turn off those messages?

RDBMS Oracle 19.3 RHEL 7.
