Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Oracle Expert

I created one CVR rule to block segment 1 (Entity) to use segment 4(Account). Rule manage to block entity but it impacted other entity as well.

Allow entity - 2021

Block entity -G020-G029

Rule as per below

Include G020-0000-0000-0000000-0000-00000-0000-000 G029-ZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZZZ-ZZZZ-ZZZ

Exclude ---0000001---- ---ZZZZZZZ----
