Remote JMX access to weblogic 12/14

Hello :

I am trying to access weblogic 12/14 using JConsole (thru JMX - IIOP, no authentication as well as no SSL), especially, followed these two instructions, i am not able to access weblogic remotely using JMX (directly using weblogic process id that showed up in jconsole did worked, however, looking for remote access without process ID). And yes - the platform is windows 2012/2016 as well as Linux Centos and Ubuntu 20. We did not have luck to access it. Any extra steps to be included is pleased.
