Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. T5220 lost ILOM sytem information after F/W upgrade

I have just updated the firmware on a T5220 server (Sun_System_Firmware-7_4_11-SPARC_Enterprise_T5120+T5220.pkg) and after it had reset the ilom "SP Hostname" had lost the serial number (ORACLESP-XXxxXXxxXXxx)

After loging into the ilom I can see that "product name" is unknown, "part/serial number" is unknown also.

Not sure why a F/W update would do this?

How can this be resolved, I did find Doc ID 1620275.1 but this was incorrect information.
