Registering for webcast - ACA 2020

Has anyone else had an issue registering for webcasts? I navigate to the webcast center via this:

E-Business Suite HCM Advisor Webcast Schedule and Archived Recordings (Doc ID 1455851.1)

There is an ACA 2020 webcast scheduled for 12/2/20 that I've been trying to register for. It used to be that you could register weeks ahead of time and get it on your calendar schedule, but now the page says you have to wait for 11/21/20 to register for December webcasts. It's now 11/23/20 and it still doesn't show up when you click the Register button. It just goes to a page with a listing of all Oracle webcasts (even non EBS) and the ACA webcast doesn't show up.
