R048101- Recycle recurring voucher not working in 9.2 any reason?

Recurring vouchers are entered in Accounts payable as PR doc type with Monthly frequency and values in the month field. when executing R048101 it does not recycle recurring voucher in 9.2 as it did in 9.0
