Batch scheduling within a Discrete Job

Is there any functionality in discrete manufacturing to create a blanket discrete job that schedules first unit start and last unit completion through operations in a particular batch quantity.

Say we have loaded demand for 500 of something, but wanted to use 1 discrete job that moves quantities of 50 through at a time, are there any settings to accommodate that approach?

It would be easy enough to use one discrete job and just move 50 at a time, but the scheduling would be off as significant quantities would complete very early per the scheduling logic.
