How to install Sample XStream Client Application scripts?

In https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/xstrm/sample-xstream-client-application.html#GUID-0C0C8EC2-3730-4294-B8D8-D865DF5CAC94, it mentioned the demo may be found at $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo/xstream/. There is no such directory in my 12.2 or 19c databases. Is there a way to install it?
