Is it possible to create a sudo user on SBC?

As Customer have multiple ACME SBC's deployed on multiple location and they want to access those SBC's from there common PAM portal. To integrate the SBC's with PAM portal, we need to create a PAM ID with sudo rights on SBC's so could please let us know is this possible and if yes, than please help with the procedure.
