Oracle 19c RAC Installation on AIX 7.2

We are installing Oracle 19c RAC on AIX 7.2

on Executing root.sh on Node1 at 18 of 19 Steps ons Agent did not start.

LOGS error

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.ons

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.ons on node t24live1

CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.ons' on 't24live1' failed

CRS-2678: 'ora.ons' on 't24live1' has experienced an unrecoverable failure

CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability.

CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process


2020/11/22 13:14:24 CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command 'srvctl start nodeapps -n t24live1'

2020/11/22 13:14:25 CLSRSC-287: FirstNode configuration failed
