kxfp control signal channel - Wait Event after upgrade database to 19c

Hello,

We have upgraded our 4 node RAC setup from 11g to 19c [19.8] our Grid Infra is already at 19.3.

Now database performance is very slow and facing these waiting events:

select CHANNEL,sum(wait_count) sum_wait_count from GV$CHANNEL_WAITS group by CHANNEL order by sum(wait_count);
