How to prevent agent from polluting root .bash_history with its commands?

edited Nov 24, 2020 6:20PM in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Running agent 13.4.0.0.0 with Exadata plug-in on 3 different Exadata racks. All three are monitored by OEM and Platinum, so there is an agent for each installed. I cannot determine which agent is continuously logging into the root .bash_history, but would like ideas on how to stop it.

I am seeing the following groups of commands run frequently, which age out my legitimate entries rather quickly.

/bin/stty sane;/bin/stty -echo;/bin/stty -onlcr ocrnl;LC_ALL=C;LANG=C;export LC_ALL LANG;PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin; unset LD_LIBRARY_PATH LD_PREFIX TERM
/bin/stty -echo;PROMPT_COMMAND=;PS1="__""em_command_prompt__"
