Need to Transfer Assets Across OU

Hi

We have multiple FA Books in a Single Entity

For Transfer of Assets across OU , we Retire the Assets from Source OU and add the same in Recipient  OU,

 During Retirement it is observed that system generates accounting entries toward “Sale Proceeds” and “Gain Loss” Accounts which user want to avoid.

 Requirement is to Transfer the Assets from one OU to another without hitting any gain loss and sale proceed account codes

Need help on above activity or any workaround.
